Ticket sales temporarily suspended

Due to the decision of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation to cancel all international sports events on the territory of the Russian Federation from March 16, 2020 until further notice, as well as the decision of the Russian Automobile Federation to postpone interregional and all-Russian sports events in motor sports from March 17, 2020 until further notice, Igora Drive Complex temporarily stops sales for the international DTM event.

We understand and take responsibility for the measures that have been taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the Russian Federation.

We will check for updates. New dates of the event will be announced later. Earlier purchased tickets will be valid for the new dates of the event.

Ticket holders will receive additional information regarding DTM at Igora Drive in the nearest future. For those spectators who wish to get a refund for the tickets, refund option is available.

Due to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2020 No. 442 and the Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg «On measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection in St. Petersburg (COVID-19)», the official ticket operator of DTM international racing series has changed its working schedule. For this reason, acceptance of applications for ticket refunds (in KASSIR.RU ticket offices and online) is suspended until May 31, inc.
After the ticket office and the contact center of the ticket operator resume their work, your applications will be accepted within the shortest possible period of time. The funds will unfailingly be returned in full.

In order to refund e-tickets, please e-mail to info.spb@kassir.ru and enclose the following documents:

Refunds are only made to bank card holders.


In order to refund tickets purchased from ticket offices (the ticket printed out by a ticket office, NOT an electronic one), please submit the following documents to one of the head offices of KASSIR.RU:

Support Races

Along with DTM races, spectators will watch competition in the most powerful class of Russian racing – TCR Russia and a new class of SMP Russian Circuit Racing series – GT Open Russia, as well as international women’s racing series W Series.

W Series

Is an international women’s racing series that was founded in 2019. The participants drive Formula 3 cars. In 2019 season, 18 female race drivers took part in the competitions. Since 2020, the only Russian representative Irina Sidorkova (SMP Racing program driver) will participate in the series.

TCR Russia

Is an international championship open to drivers holding international license and is part of FIA Calendar. A total of 27 drivers took part in 2019 TCR Russia season. Car brands that took part in 2019 season included: Audi RS3 LMS, Cupra TCR, Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR, Hyundai i30 N TCR, Honda Civic Type R TCR, LADA Vesta TCR.

GT Open Russia

Class based on SRO Motorsports Group technical regulations, will debut in the SMP Russian Circuit Racing Series in 2020 season Powerful racecars (up to 500 bhp) of premium automotive brands take part in the competition – Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, BMW and others.

How to get there?

Igora Drive is located 54 kilimeters from Saint Petersburg along Priozersk, A121 highway. Getting to us is not difficult and doesn't take much time. You can get to Igora Drive by any transport: by car, by train or by bus.

    From St. Petersburg by the ring road; at the Mega Parnas Ikea take the exit to Priozersk, A121 highway. Then drive along the highway to Novozhilovskaya interchange and turn right, following the Igora and Igora Drive signs.

  • ROUTE No. 2

    From St. Petersburg via Pargolovo along the Vyborg highway; near the police post turn right at the traffic light ( move to the right lane in advance) and drive along the highway through Yucca, Dranishniki, Luppolovo, Vartemyagi to Agalatovo. Then drive along the A129 highway to 54th kilometer of the Priozersky highway.

  • ROUTE No. 3 (from Vyborg)

    Take the E18 highway until you turn to Kirpichnoe village; turn to Korobitsyno, then drive past Michurinsky, Borisovo and Sosnovo, take the exit to Priozerskoe highway; turn towards St. Petersburg and drive to the Igora Drive complex.

Buses stop at “Sosnovo” station and “Platform 69 km” stop (not far from the lower part of the Igora resort). From there you can go to Igora Drive complex throug subway crossing.

The trains depart from Finlandsky Railway Station (any train going to Sosnovo, Priozersk or Kuznechnoye). The stop is “Platform 69 km”, not far from the lower part of the Igora resort, from where you can go up on the lifts.

GENERAL

What makes DTM race special?

DTM is considered one of the most prestigious and spectacular in the world, and not without reason, as Audi and BMW sport prototypes are competing.

Power of DTM cars is 600 hp, they are equipped with 2-liter turbo engines and develop speeds of over 300 km/h, thus enabling dense struggle for the drivers.

Why is it worth buying a ticket to DTM at Igora Drive?

First, there will be the solemn inaugural ceremony of Sports and Entertainment Igora Drive Complex of Saint Petersburg!

Second, we are going to see long-expected race coming back to Russia! After a three-year break, DTM is again in Russia. During this time the championship has drastically changed both in terms of technical regulations. With updated technical requirements the cars grew more powerful and speeds even higher. Ring circuit of Sports and Entertainment Igora Drive Complex to host Russian DTM, is designed by the office of world-famous track designer Hermann Tilke. 4.086-kilometre asphalt circuit meets Grade 2 FIA requirements. Third, spectators will see the competitions of women international formula W Series, alongside with TCR Russia and GT 4.

W Series – is international women series, started in 2019. The race is held on Formula 3 cars. In 2020 on Russian track of Igora Drive we are going to support the only representative of Russia, the pilot of SMP Racing program Irina Sidorkova who won junior competition of Russian Touring Car Championship 2018.

TCR Russia is a part of FIA competitions calendar. 340 hp Audi RS3 LMS, Volkswagen Golf GTI, Honda Civic Type R, Hyundai i30 N, SEAT Leon Cupra and LADA Vesta Sport TCR are competing.

Powerful (up to 500 hp) Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, BMW and other cars are competing in GT4 class.

No doubt, DTM race will be the top motorsport event in Russia in spring 2020.

The guests of Igora Drive will enjoy entertainment activities and live shows during the whole DTM race weekend (and these are three days – Friday, Saturday and Sunday), on Saturday May 30, a concert will be held.

Several restaurants, SPA center and a wake park on the lake in pine forest are available in close proximity to Igora Drive, in the all-the-year-round Igora resort. As soon as summer season starts, numerous sport grounds and the beach will be available for the guests.

What entertaining program is planned as part of DTM?

Racing weekend at “Igora Drive” is not only the competitions but also a large scale festival of outdoor activities for everybody: young people, families with children and all fans of motorsport.

As part of DTM, several entertainment areas, Fan Village selling souvenirs and emblems of the racing teams will be available at the Complex’ area.

On Saturday and Sunday, spectators will be able to see car and motorcycle exhibitions, take part in various competitions and interactive entertainments. For the youngest fans of racing special animation and playgrounds are provided.

But the main thing, on Saturday and Sunday, you can go for a pit walk, to see team garages and coordinated work of mechanics and pilots, as well as take an autograph of your favorite driver during the autograph session. When will the final schedule of the event be known?

The team of organizers is still working on the schedule, making it convenient and understandable for both sportsmen and spectators. Little patience, and we will publish the weekend schedule in all the social media. Follow the news.

In case of bad weather, are there any conditions for comfortable viewing of races provided?

Organizers are taking account of bad weather probability and will take all appropriate measures for comfortable viewing of the race. Guests will be able to buy plastic raincoats on the territory of the Complex.

How can I get to Igora Drive Complex?

Will courtesy buses for spectators from the city be available?

Yes, you can use courtesy buses to Igora Drive Complex during the event. The schedule of transfers, as well as information about how to get to our complex by train and public transport will be available on our website. Follow the news! Information about additional transport during the event will be announced later.

I am going to come by car – will parking lots be available?

Several courtesy parking lots with total capacity of 6600 cars will be provided for spectators. The organizers ask you to take into account the request to park your car in the Parking lot, indicated on your e-ticket (on the map) – this is the most comfortable and nearest way to the event territory and your grandstand.

Where the toilets will be located?

A fair number of toilets (temporary buildings) will be available near to each grandstand based on capacity of the site.

How food will be provided at the event?

On the territory of Igora Drive Complex in all spectator areas there are food courts to fit every taste – you can try a real grill in our barbecue areas, various options for street food, the organizers did not forget about the fans of healthy food as well. Apart from that, right near to Igora Drive, on the territory of Igora Resort there are several restaurants and cafes.

Please note that spectators are not allowed to bring any food or beverages to the venue during the event.

Can I bring alcoholic drinks to the territory of the Complex?

It is not allowed to bring alcohol to the territory of the Complex.

Can I take my dog with me?

Taking account of the generally accepted practice of holding big outdoor events, organizers prohibit bringing of animals for the following reasons:

  • the venue does not have a veterinary control service to check if the animal has all necessary vaccinations to ensure safety for all visitors at the festival;
  • the animal may become scared of large crowd of people, loud sound or fireworks and behave inappropriately – bite the owner or people passing by;
  • if the pet breaks the leash (or runs away from the cage), it may be difficult to find it, moreover, a small animal may not be noticed and trampled by the crowd.

Please, listen to our advice and leave your pet at home! (The exception is only for a guide dog accompanying the ticket holder with a disability)

Can I set up a tent in the parking lot and stay for the event days?

It is prohibited to set up tents or car camps on the territory of the event, including parking areas.

However, the organizers will later offer specially equipped places to set up tents and car camps in close vicinity of the Igora Drive Complex. Follow the news!

Can I bring photo and video equipment with me?

You can take a compact camera that is not intended for professional photography. For large professional cameras and video equipment, accreditation is required. Shooting from a drone is strictly prohibited. Security may dismiss you from the venue for violation.

How to dress for the event?

The weather in late May can be surprising, the venue does not offer any shelter to protect spectators from bad weather conditions, so all visitors are advised to bring comfortable clothes, suitable for all weather conditions.

In case you didn’t bring something, you can buy mats, blankets, earplugs and more in the souvenir outlets of Igora Drive Complex.

Smoking.

Smoking is prohibited on the event's territory, except for designated areas with an age limit of 18+.

Can I bring my children along to the event?

The team of organizers of Igora Drive is happy to see not only adults, but also our youngest guests at DTM, however, despite the fact that all conditions are provided for arriving with children, any open — air event is a serious test for a child. Children's entertainment areas will be available on the venue. Fair number of medical professionals will be present. It should be noted that safe environment will contribute to a comfortable stay at the festival, including with young children. However, the organizers emphasize the need to comply with following generally accepted safety standards on the part of parents:

Don’t leave children alone (your child must always stay in your sight)

Make sure that the child complies with sanitary and hygienic standards (wash his/her hands before eating, do not allow him/her to eat unwashed vegetables and fruits)

Avoid crowd

Explain your child in advance what to do in case he/she gets lost:

  • address the nearest police officer or organizer’s representative and ask to be accompanied to the organizer’s headquarters;
  • make a note with name and mobile number of both parents and put it in your child’s pocket;
  • if your child is lost, immediately contact event organizers.

  • bladed, fire, gas or other weapons, their parts or components;
  • explosives, means of explosion or ammunition, cartridges for gas weapons, hunting caps (pistons), items whose damaging effect is based on the use of combustible substances;
  • imitators or models of cold, firearms, gas or other weapons, explosives or ammunition;
  • toys that have the appearance of firearms or cold weapons;
  • electroshock devices;
  • laser pointers or markers;
  • bludgeons, brass knuckles, shurikens, boomerangs or other items specially made for use as weapons of impact-crushing or throwing action;
  • body protection: body armor; corsets (except for medical ones);
  • pyrotechnic means: signal and lighting rockets, signal cartridges, landing checkers, smoke cartridges (checkers), demolition matches, sparklers, railway firecrackers, fireworks;
  • flammable liquids, flammable gases;
  • gas canisters filled with neuroparalytic gas and other similar effects;
  • devices and products, including self-made products that are not pyrotechnics, used for spreading and spraying various materials and substances (pneumatic crackers);
  • narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, their analogues (including in the form of medicines), toxic or other intoxicating substances, non-smoking tobacco products intended for sucking or (and) chewing;
  • poisonous, toxic or acrid-smelling substances;
  • oxidizing substances and organic peroxides;
  • toxic substances, radioactive materials and corrosive substances;
  • advertising materials of any kind, printed materials of religious, political or offensive content or content contrary to public order and / or morality (including banners, posters, signs and their analogues);
  • materials of an extremist, offensive or discriminatory nature containing Nazi attributes or symbols of extremist organizations or aimed at discrimination of any kind against a country, person or group of persons on the basis of race, color, ethnic, national or social origin and status, place of birth, financial or other status, gender, disability, language, religion, political or other beliefs, or for any other reason, including banners, flags, symbols and attributes, leaflets, clothing, but not limited to.
  • means of camouflage or items that make it difficult to establish identity;
  • bulky items and bags whose length, width and height exceed 40 x 40 x 45 cm;
  • outdoor grills, barbecues and related components (coals, kindling, firewood, etc.);
  • hookahs;
  • breakable items weighing more than 5 kg;
  • alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages of any kind (with the exception of soft drinks in plastic containers up to 0.5 l), glass bottles or containers, food, except for baby food up to 1 liter per child (including soya, breast or cow's milk, infant formula, and sterilized water, including in glass containers, any other food necessary for feeding children younger than 5 years old). Spectators carrying baby food and soft drinks in plastic containers up to 0.5 liters may be asked to provide them for inspection;
  • any food (if you need to use specialized food (in case of a disease), a reference from a doctor shall be provided);
  • bicycles, scooters, skateboards or roller skates, Frisbees, musical instruments and / or musical equipment, including warning systems, sirens, whistles, electronic equipment or other broadcasting equipment;
  • push stand-up scooters (except for children's three-wheeled scooters and run bikes), including electric self-balancing scooters with two or three wheels (for example, Segways);
  • moving or gliding aircraft and their models (gliders, drones, kites, etc.);
  • pets (except for guide dogs accompanying handicapped ticket holder);
  • aerosol cans;
  • working tools;
  • thermos bottles, flasks and thermomugs;
  • any items that look like prohibited items or their copies and analogues;
  • flags or banners larger than 2 x 1.5 m; flags, pennants that are not registered in accordance with the established procedure, neither emblems, symbols, posters, banners, poles for flags or posters of any type (except for flexible plastic or double poles (up to 1 m long) or other means whose content is aimed at causing damage to public order, the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, war propaganda or propaganda related to extremist activities.

There are several categories of tickets available for spectators – Category 1 and Category 2. It is possible to purchase tickets either for one day or for the whole weekend.

Category 1 tickets include:

Tickets for children

Children below 6 years inc are allowed free to the Grand Stand without seat reservation. Children below 12 years inc are allowed free to natural grandstands Т1, Т2, Т3. Upon initial entrance to the Complex an adult, along with his ticket, submits to the staff who performs scanning a document certifying the child's age, and receives along with his bracelet, a bracelet for the child

Please, respond amicably to the request of the staff to show a document certifying the age of the child.

Can I purchase tickets on the day of event?

Yes, the tickets will be available on the day of event in the box offices located at all entrances to the venue. Please, pay your attention that the price of the tickets will be 10 % higher as compared to main sales period from March 1 to May 28 2020.

It is most advantageous to purchase tickets in the period of the early bird sales until February 29 2020. In this case discount varies from 20 to 30 % depending on ticket category.

Do I need to print out an e-ticket or get a printed copy in the ticket office?

Electronic version of an e-ticket is sufficient for entering the event. However, for your peace of mind and in order to avoid any misunderstanding at the entrance, we recommend to print out your e-ticket. Thus you will be protected in case of emergency (printout is lost/phone battery is off).

If I purchased tickets both for myself and my friends, and all the tickets have my name on it, will everyone be admitted to the venue?

The tickets for the event are not personal, so there will be no problems with the admission. However, in case of loss or damage so that the barcode can’t be scanned, reprinting of the ticket (s) is possible only in the presence of the ticket buyer (s), or the person for whom the ticket is issued.

If I purchased Category 2 ticket, which seats can I take in the grandstands?

There are no seats on the natural grandstands T2 and T3, so you can sit in any place you like and move freely around. At T1 grandstand you can take any available space (please do not leave your things, bags, etc, if you are leaving the grandstand). For comfortable viewing of the race from natural grandstands, the organizers recommend that you bring mats, folding chairs, sun loungers, and blankets along.

Entering/leaving the venue

When first time entering the venue, spectator’s ticket will be scanned and the holder will receive a bracelet according to the day and ticket category. The bracelet enables its holder to enter and leave the venue without limitation.

I lost/crumpled/torn up my ticket – what do?

If you purchased a printed ticket, and lost it, it cannot be restored. If your ticket is damaged, but its main part showing personal data is discernible, you can have it reprinted in the ticket offices of kassir.ru or Igora Drive Complex on the day of event. Please be careful and don’t lose your ticket.

If I changed my mind, can I refund my ticket?

Once a ticket is purchased, it can’t be changed/returned/restored or resold. Terms of the refund are available on www.kassir.ru. Tickets reselling is prohibited and may lead to blocking of tickets, so they won’t be valid.

In case a race is cancelled/suspended, can I refund the ticket?

If a race or main part of a race (over 60%) is rescheduled, the ticket will be valid for the new rescheduled session.

If a race is deferred for more than 24 hours or cancelled, you will be able to apply for the refund of the ticket. Terms of the refund are available on www.kassir.ru.

Which types of ticket payments are available?

Payment system of official ticket operator KASSIR.RU accepts following types of cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Mir.

The ticket office of official ticket operator accepts both cash and bank cards.

FACILITIES FOR PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED GUESTS

Which facilities are provided for physically challenged guests?

The organizers of the DTM 2020 at Igora Drive treat the issue of placement of spectators with disabilities with respect and care. For this category of spectators, 90 seats are reserved at the Grand stand to provide comfortable viewing of the event.

Framework environment for 1st and 2nd disability category spectators includes:

  • Seats with best view for people with impaired eyesight;
  • Seats near to the aisle for people with impaired mobility (with a walking stick, on crutches), with impaired eyesight, with guide dogs;
  • Special platforms are provided for wheel-chaired persons with their attendants on the Main Grand Stand;
  • Parking lots in the close vicinity to the venue.

Tickets of category 1 are available for spectators with disabilities (1 and 2 disability category), and 95% discount is granted for one accompanying person.

If I don’t have an attendant, but I need help to get to the bus station/parking site from the stand, what shall I do?

While purchasing the ticket you can leave a comment that you require attendance. We will contact you in advance and agree on the format of rendering help in navigation and the place of meeting with you.

DTM spectator’s dictionary

Paddock is a sanctum sanctorum of any motorsport event, so called backstage – the precise spot where motorhomes and race teams tents are located. Paddock is the place where you can meet any pilot, check up on the teams, and feel the real atmosphere of the race weekend.

Pit lane is a special part of the track along which the cars are approaching the boxes (team garages). As a rule, it is parallel to starting line and is used for pit stops.

Starting line (start and finish line) is the part of the track, the line crossing which the pilot starts new lap. In most cases starting line coincides with the finish line.

Pit walk is a special time within the race break when spectators are allowed to visit pit lane, thus getting unique opportunity to come really close to the boxes of the race teams and check up on pilots and cars getting ready for the active race weekend.

Autograph session – time during race weekend when spectators can get autographs of their favorite pilots and take pictures with them.

Grid girls – girls who lead pilots to the start grids, hold sun protection umbrellas for racers, hand out the awards and beautify different motorsport events with their good looks.
