Ticket refunds started on July 2, 2020.

In 2021, DTM Russia will not be held at Igora Drive circuit. All tickets purchased by spectators for DTM 2020 will be refunded. Ticket refunds are made exclusively by KASSIR.RU, official ticket distributor of DTM event in Russia.

In order to refund e-tickets, please e-mail to dtmvozvrat@kassir.ru and enclose the following documents:

  1. Ticket;
  2. Receipt;
  3. Completed application form (scan or photo of signed application).

In order to refund tickets purchased from ticket offices (the ticket printed out by a ticket office, NOT an electronic one), please e-mail to dtmvozvrat@kassir.ru and enclose the following documents:

  1. Bank details;t
  2. Ticket;
  3. Receipt;
  4. Completed application form (scan or photo of signed application).
